The biggest crook in Sudbury’s court history. This man is unbelievable! He could care less about the youth of this city. He is totally self serving. He is a man with no morals, ethics, principles or values. He uses the “phrase in the best interest of the child” as an excuse to do what benefits him and the good old boys. Based on self admitted “imagined theory”, Jean Jacque Paquette and his harem of so-called social workers destroy families. (Many believe he is padding his pockets driving a personal vehicle paid for by the tax payer license # AHCM336).
Jean Jacque Paquette (Sudbury CAS Lawyer) exploits children; he is an opportunist who makes his living and reputation on the pain of others.
When Jean Jacque Paquette and the Sudbury CAS exploit children and deny parents and children their rights there is money to be made. Child abuse means big bucks for Sudbury CAS., whether it takes place or not. A child must be in imminent danger to remove their parents from their lives. Denying a child access to his/her parent can be worth $45,000 per year for a normal kid, and $90,000 per year for a “special needs” child. Get the picture? It is the circle of life for everyone in the system. Job Security for all.
Jean Jacque Paquette (CAS Lawyer) and his harem of social workers with their creative “lies” provides income for numerous colleagues that make lots of money from his courtroom antics. He definitely has a good old boy system. Be leary of his so-called "experts" Doctors Sheila Milne and Elaine Blacklock. Jean Jacques Paquette, the good old boys and their harem of social workers should be ashamed of what they have done to the Juvenile and Family court system. The word is they all need drug testing and physiological exams. Jean Jacque Paquette is so arrogant that he believes that he doesn't have to follow the laws of this province. He has no integrity what so ever. Jean Jacques Paquette, the good old boys and their harem of social workers DENIED MEDICAL TREATMENT to Sudbury’s children, forcing them to suffer unnecessarily. OBSTRUCTION JUSTICE, They denied a child COUNCILLING and suppressed the child’s views. In court Paquette answers for Sudbury’s CAS workers, tampers with court file and tampers with witnesses…He tells Sudbury’s parents to ”mind their own business” when parents enquire about their children. This pathetic excuse for lawyer must be banned from Sudbury’s CAS and listed as a sexual deviant. He obviously suffers from “little man syndrome”. For your information “poop-head Paquette” my child is my business…and now holding you accountable and having a public enquiry for Sudbury’s CAS has become the business and the will of the people in this city!

JEAN JACQUE PAQUETTE, SUDBURY CHILDREN'S AID LAWYER This lawyer does not care about the welfare of children or what they want. Very inconsiderate and does not find out all the facts when using his judgement on a case. Very one sided. He doesn't speak to friends, family, teachers or anyone that matters, completely ignores witnesses and just goes and does what he sees fit. People cannot believe that he destroys families the way he did. A child should be raised by both their parents. Shared parenting should be between the mom and dad not the mom, dad and Jean Jacque Paquette. Makes no sense except making this guy richer. I would not recommend him to anyone and believe me I won't. Keep your kids and family away from this monster! |

Jean Jacque Paquette can't understand that a son should be raised by his father and and mother. He doesn't have the capacity to understand parental alienation. For reasons of GREED he "believed" all the lies when all the facts were staring him in the face. If he had investigated properly, and had ANY credibility, he would have known that this little boy was kidnapped. He cares nothing about the safety or quality of a little boy's life. He knows that the foster mother is constantly over-medicating this boy with dangerous drugs and sees nothing wrong with it. If you care anything about your children, stay away from the likes of Paquette and Children's Lawyer Patricia Meehan. Paquette pretends to follow rules but looks for every opportunity to break them. |

JEAN JACQUE PAQUETTE SUDBURY CHILDREN'S AID LAWYER Jean Jacque Paquette has a complete disregard for the children in this community. In spite of written complaints to him and further verbal agreements by him, we have received only delay, excuses, neglect, empty assurances. As a result of the above, our family has suffered. Good luck if you are unfortunate to be harrassed by his "so-called" social workers. PLS STAY AWAY FROM PAQUETTE AND HIS 'TEAM' OF SOCIAL WORKERS. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE. PAQUETTE HAS ATTITUDE ISSUES AND ITS HIS WAY OR NO WAY, YET YOU ARE THE CLIENT. RUN AWAY HE IS GOOD FOR NOTHING,!!!! |

Pardon me? I have absolutely no idea why any of you has had any problems with Jean Jacqes Paquette. I have found him to be terrific in all aspects of his job. Perhaps the problem was not with him at all but rather, with you. He resolved our case in a very professional manner which turned out to be best for every one concerned. I have sent him numerous clients for that same reason and every one of them was very satisfied and quite impressed. Lawyers don't ususally work miracles, they can only work with what you give them...so if you give them garbage, don't expect roses in return. Be honest, truthful and let them do their job. |
