CANDICE POULIN (Sudbury CAS Social Worker) She is grossly inexperienced, ignorant and immature. Imagine a telling an eight year old boy that he will "get in trouble" if he calls his father? She tears families apart by helping an abusive mother withold access. She protected an abuser in court because of her close ties to a local attorney who served on her selicktion committee. Totally wrapped up in her own power, trying to make a name for herself.  She lied on multiple counts even making the idiotic statement that any access to the father is more detrimental to the child than no access at all.


If anyone who lies, makes false allegations, and abuses the system should spend a long vacation behind bars it should be Candice Poulin. She ignores children and commits perjury and writes false affidavits.  An evil person with way too much power. Unfit to be called a “social worker”. Totally wrapped up in her own power. And believes herself tobe above the law. I endured the falsely sworn affidavits & falsely suborned oaths. She is a poor excuse for a human being. Candice Poulin is a Social Worker who sets out to destroy lives. How a mother that is on drugs and has abused her children can use the CAS to keep them from a good father? She is grossly inexperienced, ignorant and immature. She has committed perjury,  protected an abuser in court because of her close ties to Sudbury CAS Lawyer Jean Jacque Paquette. A incredibly dishonest person very full of herself and her belief of herself importance. Has no moral fiber at all will create problems in a case that do not need to be in a case. Make terrible choices hide behind the old game in court "I have no knowledge of this" has really hurt a lot of children. Very remorsless person!
