Patricia Meehan Court appointed Children's Lawyer Best interest of the children or best interest of her pockets and what is going in them.
PATRICIA MEEHAN, Sudbury Ontario “Court/CAS appointed Children’s Lawyer”. On the very first court appearance, Judge Richard Humphrey asks Patricia Meehan “How hard will the father fight for his kid”? Patricia Meehan replies “ I’m not sure, the father may become a martyr. The father successful dodged every attempt by CAS, a drug abusing parent and a few corrupted Sudbury Police officers to get arrested. After Patricia Meehan “ignores” the best interests of the child, she co-incidentally airs her FIRST television commercial advertising her pathetic law office on MCTV. Does anyone remember her pathetic commercial which aired around Christmas 2004/05? CAS payoff? You bet! After missing numerous court appearances, she shows up for trial and you are taken off to another room and told you will lose your child and NEVER see them again if you do not co-operate with Sudbury CAS. It is hard to believe this woman can sleep at night knowing the many lives of children she has destroyed. The community must see her for the fraud that she is. She does not belong in the legal system. She uses it as her private reserve to keep her incompetent “buddy” Jean Jacque Paquette, the good old boys (judges) and therapist friends Dr. Sheila Milne and Dr. Elaine Blacklock employed! My opinion and many other people believe Patricia Meehan’s actions are in her own best interest and that of the “good old boys club”. Once she is appointed by the court/CAS to represent your child, how can you get rid of her? You can’t! Her purpose is to make sure the child’s views are NOT heard, ensuring all the “good old boys” get paid for exploiting children and abusing parents rights. Many motions were brought to have her removed and another children’s lawyer appointed. Even though Patricia Meehen ignored the child, missed numerous court dates and DID NOT file ANY report, the judge (good old boy Fournier) stated that Ms. Meehan was doing a fine job! They both have no integrity what so ever. It's all about looking after the “good old boys club”. As a “children lawyer” she shows NO interest in what is in the best interest of the children. Best interest of the children, best interest of her pockets and what is going in them. She helps to keep the truth out of the courtroom no matter who it hurts. I do not know how she sleeps at night. Children’s and Parent's Rights mean nothing to this woman. The lives of children mean nothing to this woman. Patricia Meehan, Sudbury Children’s Aid and a few judges are all in cahoots in the kidnapping and trafficking of innocent children to make BIG BUCKS $$$$$$ There is no honor among thieves. With money from the CAS Patricia Meehan made first ever commercial in 2004/05.

Patricia Meehan, Court appointed Childrens Lawyer Yep, this definitely sounds like Patricia Meehan. My freind had alot of trouble trying to obtain information from her. I had to fired her. She is the most uncouth person I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional: why bother studying law if you won't put what you learned into practice? |

PATRICIA MEEHAN SUDBURY ONTARIO Scammer, unprofessional, unethical- you name it. This lawyer is never on time: she's always missing court appearances. Toally clueless about law. I'd like to save you some stress. Find someone else. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PATRICIA MEEHAN. SHE COMES OUT AS A NICE LADY, BUT SHE IS A CROOK. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN SCREW YOU IN COURT. SHE NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE AND SHE IS NEVER AT THE OFFICE. SHE SUCKS AND SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL SHE IS DOING. FROM WHAT IM READING HERE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO I HAD TO FIRE HER. SHE OWES PEOPLE ALOT OF MONEY. |

PATRICIA MEEHAN SUDBURY ONTARIO It's good to see I'm not the only who had trouble with her. I have waited for a long time for a website like this one: she would not get anything done and my case dragged on for a long time but soon as I dumped her and got a new lawyer: the new lawyer got my case settled within a month. I would not advise anyone to go to this lawyer. she has no empathy, no conscience and no work ethic- please run fast in the other direction. |

PATRICIA MEEHAN, SUDBURY ONTARIO This attorney is a screamer when things are not going her way. This is usually a telltale sign of a limited ability to make a logical case. She attempts to err on the side of pomposity, arrogance and obfuscation. If this is the kind of attorney you are looking for. Hire her. You deserve her. PATRICIA MEEHAN, MISLEADS,LIES AND REPEATEDLY NEGLECTED AND DISMISSED MY CONSERNS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. SHE IS VERY UNETHICAL,SHE WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU OR YOU KIDS AND WILL FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY DRAIN YOU. highly inethical and coercive. |

PATRICIA MEEHAN COURT APPOINTED CHILDREN'S LAWYER Patricia Meehan was very quick to create a very strong opinion favoring one party then based everything off of original opinion without examining evidence from both parties equally. Did not look out for the best interest of the children. I would recommend a different Children's Lawyer if she is assigned to you. since Patricia Meehan NEVER got anything done and had a terrible attitude, confirmed my complaints and said other clients they had that had previously dealt with Ms Meehan had nothing good to say about her. I could say more but no need to. The law of Karma is as sure as the law of Gravity. What goes around comes around. Patricia Meehan left a big mess for my new attorney to clean up but its interesting to see that she did it to most of her clients as well. She did very many unethical things in my opinion to many people and children. |
