Second, he formulates a legal logic to support his decision. Third, manipulate, dissect or eliminate the facts and evidence to support our decision. Fourth, conspire with CAS to appoint a “Children’s Lawyer” who will ensure that the child’s voice is NOT heard. Then the rubber stamp doctrine of "judicial discretion" will prevent most decisions from being overturned. Judge Richard Humphrey throws children unnecessarily into the foster care system to bring funds into that system. It is not about family reunification. It is about money. All the other “good old boys” (other judges) take their turn lining their own pockts at the expense of children, families and the tax payer. There is an already overcrowded foster care system as it is, and he keeps adding to it. Judge Richard Humphrey is an embarrassment to the judicial system.  Judge Richard Humphrey conspires with Sudbury CAS to exploit children and strip parents of their rights to their children.
