Some children may display disturbed behavior but it is usually caused by a significant family circumstances that are undermining their well-being, such as the intrusion and destruction of parent/child relationships caused by the Children’s Aid Society or an estranged mother who deny’s a father access. Dr.Sheila Milne and Dr. Elaine Blacklock were well aware that Sudbury CAS interrupted a father and son relationship and that the child suffered emotionally as a result. They did not interview my son to ascertain his views, instead helped the CAS and an estranged mother deny the father any access. Most pediatricians say that children are often incorrectly diagnosed. Dr Sheila Milne is NOT a pediatrician yet diagnosed and prescribed Ritalin! However she misleads the community and passes herself off as an expert in child psychiatry. Needless to say she is no longer insured by her malpractice insurance if she were to treat my son. I have experienced first hand how much of a waste of human skin she is. Remember though, she wouldn't be in business if you stop giving it to her…just STOP going. Dr. Sheila Milne how do you sleep at night knowing you are so heartless to children in this community? I can't even bring myself to put into words how awful this woman is. She should not be practicing medicine. I can't understand why the College allows this woman to practice. I feel that it is in the best interest of the parents and children in this community to be warned ahead of time if you have not seen her yet. And this is a warning for anyone who is going to see her. She is not honest. She's more concerned with the money she will be making off CAS or the drug companies. Trust me. I know. I firmly believe that Dr. Sheila Milne and Dr. Elaine Blacklock need to start following the ethical guidelines that not only regulate psychotropic drugs but also patient care. Please pass this information to your family doctors.....there should be no referrals to these women.
